Terms of Service

By contracting any service from Wizper AI or by using this website, you accept these Terms in their entirety.

Wizper AI offers the following digital services:

• Landing page design and development
• Corporate websites and portfolios
• Online stores (e-commerce)
• Databases and CRM systems
• Automations with artificial intelligence
• Custom digital solutions

Specific scopes are defined in a written proposal agreed upon before work begins.

• Every project starts with a written proposal detailing scope, timeline, and cost.
• Payment is 100% upfront before any work begins.
• Once payment is confirmed, development starts immediately.
• Payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

To ensure the success of the project, the client agrees to:

• Provide materials, texts, images, and necessary access in a timely manner.
• Review and approve deliverables within the agreed timeframes.
• Designate a primary contact for project communication.
• Not share project credentials with third parties without prior notice.
• Provide clear and timely feedback at each stage.

Once full payment is made, the client receives rights over the final product.

• Wizper AI may display the project in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Third-party frameworks and libraries are governed by their own licenses (MIT, Apache, etc.).
• The source code becomes the client's property once the total amount is settled.

All projects include a post-delivery adjustment period as agreed in the proposal (typically 15 days).

• Errors attributable to our development are corrected at no cost within the warranty period.
• Scope changes or new features are quoted separately.
• Ongoing support outside the warranty period is contracted as an additional service.

Wizper AI will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of revenue, or data loss arising from the use of the delivered services.

• Either party may cancel with written notice at least 5 business days in advance.
• Payments made are non-refundable.
• If cancellation is caused by Wizper AI, a proportional refund for unperformed work will be issued.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved by mutual agreement or before the competent courts of the country.
